Files may be submitted in:
PDF (machine-readable), Word (.docx), Excel (.xlsx), CSV, or JSON

Please ensure that PDFs are text-based (not scanned images). If necessary, use OCR software to convert scanned files.

To support organization and traceability, use the following structure:
CountryCode_DataType_Source_YYYYMM
Example: EL_SkillsReport_MinTourism_202405.pdf
